A Year in Review

From zero to a hundred.

When you hit 100 reps…

I felt like being reflective today on all the posts I’ve done since Untapped started as a personal project to keep my innovation muscles toned outside of client projects: and turns out…I’m ending the year on my 100th post! Whhheeeeeeee! Gotta love serendipities.

Like many of the sexy nerds that read this newsletter (you few and rare curious creatures), I am fascinated by our human potential - individual and collective - to harness the innate abilities that we already possess to show up for ourselves and each other better. Most of the work is just getting out of our own way and letting go to let be.

I wish to share with you the top three most popular posts from your clicking perspective:

Seems like more of you want
silence, stability, and a sense that doing inner work, works!

As you may have gathered from my posts, I’m a big proponent of “matter over mind”, so I asked Ai to do a sweep on our well-being as one collective “body-mind” (since it’s pretty good at keeping tabs of our neurotic searches and prompts):

If all of humanity represented one collective "body", and you were to describe five of it's biggest ailing psychosomatic symptoms causing its suffering, what would they be?

Turns out we are a species that feels Unsafe, Disconnected, and Under-Nourished: unified by five collective psychosomatic symptoms into one emotional profile:

  • Emotionally Overheated (irritation, urgency, overwhelm)

  • Suspicious of itself (distrust, antagonism, internal hostility)

  • Disconnected from it’s own inner work (numbness, apathy, loss of presence)

  • Starving for meaning (existential hunger, craving for purpose)

  • Struggling to orient or regulate (confusion, hopelessness, emotional whiplash)

These are our collective blocks - most of which point to a practice of release - not a pursuit of the antidotes.

Therefore, I invite you at the end of this year to release that which doesn’t serve you and consider how you’re practicing the art of release without losing the meaningful.

Happy New Year.
May you tune into the possibilities of each moment - and engineer the probabilities of that which you desire - while having some fun.

…may all beings be happy…
